4. Click the "Submit Application" button

You will have the ability to upload additional documents and updates throughout the process.

Obligation to Maintain Confidentiality

Cowboy Technology Angels, a limited liability company in Oklahoma, and its individual members (together, the “Fund”) adhere to the following confidentiality obligations with respect to information that a business (a “Business”) may provide to Fund from time to time. Fund agrees that it will protect the confidentiality of such information by exercising not less than the same standard of care with which it treats its own confidential information of a similar nature, and in no event exercise less than reasonable care. Fund will not be responsible for the return or destruction of data submitted to, or gathered by, it. The undertakings of Fund in this memo set forth the full extent of its obligation to protect the confidentiality of the information provided by a Business and will override and supersede any provisions that may be stated as a condition to gain access to a due diligence room (including any electronic due diligence room), or that may accompany information provided to Fund from time to time by a Business; provided, however, this letter will not override or supersede any provisions in the investment agreement with a Business if and when such agreement is executed by Fund or any of its affiliates.
